Anti-Spam Policy
Last updated: August 1, 2026

1. Permission-based sending only

Preframe Inc. ("Preframe," "we," "us") is a sales-engagement platform for research-driven, personalized outreach. Spam and unsolicited bulk email are prohibited on Preframe. Every user must have a lawful basis to contact each recipient they enroll in a sequence - the recipient's consent, or another lawful basis such as a legitimate business interest permitted by the laws that apply to the sender (including CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and CASL). Users attest to this when they import contacts and when they launch a sequence.

2. No bulk blasting

Preframe has no "blast" feature. Every email is composed and sent individually to a single recipient (no CC or BCC) as a step in a sequence the user authors. Sending is subject to a hard daily cap on each connected inbox, per-minute pacing, and user-configured sending windows. Purchased-list blasting, indiscriminate mass mailing, and deceptive sender information are prohibited uses under our Terms of Service.

3. Mandatory unsubscribe in every sequence email

Every email sent through a Preframe sequence automatically includes an unsubscribe link. This cannot be disabled. Messages sent through Gmail and SMTP also carry List-Unsubscribe and List-Unsubscribe-Post headers (RFC 8058 one-click unsubscribe), so recipients can opt out directly from their email client.

4. Opt-outs are honored immediately and permanently

When a recipient unsubscribes, their address is added to an organization-wide suppression list and all of their active sequence enrollments across that organization are cancelled immediately. Suppressed addresses are blocked from future enrollment and from sending. Suppression entries from unsubscribes do not expire. Hard bounces are suppressed automatically as well, and users can manually add addresses to their suppression list at any time - including a "Do Not Contact" action available from reply menus and contact profiles, so an opt-out expressed in a reply is honored immediately.

5. Monitoring and enforcement

We track bounce and unsubscribe signals on every connected inbox and review senders whose bounce or unsubscribe rates indicate list-quality or consent problems. We may pause sending, require list remediation, or suspend accounts that violate this policy or our Terms of Service. To report abuse originating from Preframe, contact support@preframe.io.
